Lately, I have been wishing that I could dress up really pretty...like for an adult, married version of Prom. :) I love dancing with my husband, and it has been a long time since I got to dress up and feel pretty as a princess. :) Well, I came across this fun trendy/modern up-do. If I were going to Prom, I would probably try this.
I totally know what you mean! I planned a date a couple weeks ago that let me get dressed up. We had a "red carpet" premier showing of The Princess & The Frog when we got it from redbox. We hadn't seen it before and were excited. I dressed up in one of my old prom dresses, Brent wore his suit and a nice shirt, we had a fancy homemade dinner, and then watched the movie at home. It was fun, even if we didn't go anywhere. Oh, and we put a red blanket on the floor and walked across it for the red carpet. :)
