Easiest Wreath Ever

I found this fun idea from The Picky Apple on my good friend Jenny's blog Flourishes. This is definitely something I am going to do next year when everything isn't crazy with moving!

Flag Cake Stand

I am loving this cake stand. It could be a centerpiece on it's own, or just be a beautiful part of your patriotic treats table!

Fiery Flower Fireworks

Because I was in the midst of moving, I never really got around to posting about all the fun fourth of July things I had been seeing. So...even though it's late, I am going to do that now. Maybe you could extend your celebrations, or maybe you can save these ideas for next year!
First off, I love this centerpiece--so fun as a fireworks display on your table! Or it could just be a fun floral display if you didn't want it to look like fireworks. Click here for instructions!

Thanks Giving
I have been so excited about Halloween this year and now it is all over. I love Christmas time and get so excited for it too, but in between is Thanksgiving and I have always felt that Thanksgiving is the left out holiday of the three. Well this year I am excited to try and bring more Thanksgiving-ness to my family, and here is a great way to start! I saw this idea of making a Thanksgiving tree on another blog and I want to do it! You can be as creative as bringing in a branch and hang leaves from it that you write what you are thankful for, or just print off these Thanks and Giving trees from Chocolate on my Cranium. That is what we are going to be doing for family home evening tonight!
